DCX PH Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Home-Based Financial Voucher specialist in the Philippines. The role involves creating vouchers and processing vendor invoices for a US client, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to processes.

You will work remote with a standard CST USA time window. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Accounts Payable, solid English communication, and proficiency in MS Office and web-based systems.

Formación

• Associate degree (AA) in Accounting or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of AP processing experience or related field.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create vouchers and process vendor invoices in ASB systems.
• Validate invoices by matching to dispatched POs and coding instructions.
• Process vendor short-pay requests and prepaid postage.
• Capture prompt-pay discounts timely.
• Research and resolve errors in Matched Exception Report.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to correct issues.
• Follow up on outstanding vouchers to completion.
• Support Sales Team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
