Job summary

DCX seeks a Home-Based AP Coordinator to support a US-based client from the Philippines. You will handle AP inquiries, process bills and invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a degree in Accounting and at least 1 year in AP. Overnight US hours, GAAP familiarity, and strong Excel skills are expected. Permanent work-from-home setup offered.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or similar.
• Excellent English communication and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable inquiries via shared inbox.
• Process vendor bills, credits, and invoices against POs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor open POs and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Support additional AP and administrative duties.
