DCX is a growing US-based BPO, proudly supporting small and medium-sized businesses. The Junior Accountant will join as a full-time employee and perform AP, expense management, reconciliations, and month-end close with a focus on accuracy and process improvements.

You’ll work with a detail-oriented team in a fast-paced environment, using Workday and Excel to maintain precise records and timely reporting. The role emphasizes confidentiality and adaptability as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• :3-5 years of general accounting experience including AP, bank reconciliation, and month-end close.
• :Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.
• :Experience with Workday Financials; CPA/CMA a plus.
• :Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier invoices for completeness and documentation; record in Workday.
• Process supplier payments and ensure timely settlement.
• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
