Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Accounts Payable Coordinator to support a growing U.S.-based client. You will oversee invoice processing, maintain vendor accounts, reconciliations, and ensure accurate and timely payment processing from home, aligned to US business hours.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in AP, strong English communication, GAAP knowledge, intermediate to advanced Excel, and experience with NetSuite. This role offers a permanent work-from-home setup and progressive career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable, Billing, Collections, or related accounting role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• GAAP knowledge and strong Excel/math skills; experience with large ERP systems like NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor bills, credits, and invoices against POs.
• Review vendor statements, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate payments.
• Manage Accounts Payable inquiries via shared inbox.
• Monitor open POs and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Perform additional AP and administrative duties as assigned.
