Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Accounting Specialist to support a US-based hospitality company. You will handle day-to-day accounting, including AP/AR, invoice management, client billing, and collections from a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in general accounting, strong Excel and accounting software skills (QuickBooks, SAP), and excellent English communication. Overnight US-aligned hours and permanent work-from-home are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of General Accounting experience.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work graveyard/overnight shifts aligned to US hours.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into Syncore and/or QuickBooks.
• Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow.
• Invoice clients upon order completion and manage collections.
• Issue past-due notices and statements; royalty entries.
• Support year-end financial statements and ensure accurate postings.
