Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, financial management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of General Accounting experience or equivalent.
• Language: Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
• Industry software knowledge: Excel pivots, advanced formulas, and related tools.
• Offshore experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Storage: Enter data and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Daily Finance: Support day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and GL entries.
• Accounts Payable: Process invoices, payments, and expense reports; prepare weekly check runs.
