Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking an AP Clerk to support our finance team in a remote capacity. You will enter and process invoices in the DSSI system and upload Excel files into Intacct, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

This role requires basic to intermediate Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. You will work Monday-Thursday 9:00–17:00 and Friday 9:00–13:00 from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting or financial software.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
