Job summary

DCX PH is seeking a detail-oriented Account Payable specialist for the DCX Client Services team. This home-based, full-time role supports a growing US-based client by processing vendor invoices, creating vouchers, and ensuring timely payments.

You will verify invoices against purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with the AP team to maintain accurate records. Overnight or US-hours scheduling is required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and learning new skills.

Qualifications

• Education: AA in Accounting; experience may count too.
• 1–3 years of AP processing experience or related field.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create vouchers and process vendor invoices in ASB systems.
• Match invoices to dispatched POs and coding instructions.
• Process vendor short-pay, prepaid postage, and vendor invoices.
• Aim for prompt-pay discounts and resolve errors with matched reports.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to fix issues.
