Job summary

Physical Superintelligence is seeking a temporary recruiter or sourcing specialist to drive the top of funnel for Applied AI and Core AI roles. The role emphasizes sourcing, outreach, and pipeline generation with a focus on AI talent across technical profiles.

You will craft AI-driven sourcing campaigns, experiment with search strategies, and build candidate lists while coordinating with Ashby to keep data organized and actionable for the recruiting team.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing or recruiting highly technical talent, ideally across AI, ML, or related engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of modern AI sourcing tools and workflows.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI research or sourcing platforms to identify and engage candidates.
• Experience creating targeted sourcing campaigns rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants.
• Ability to use AI tools to research candidates, companies, talent markets, and adjacent candidate pools efficiently.
• Strong sourcing judgment. You can distinguish between someone who matches keywords and someone who could actually succeed in the role.
• Comfortable learning technical profiles quickly and calibrating with hiring managers.
• Strong written outreach skills with an ability to personalize messaging without sacrificing speed.
• Highly organized and comfortable maintaining accurate candidate data and pipeline activity in an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Build the Applied AI and Core AI top of funnel. Partner with our team to understand the profiles we need and translate those into sourcing strategies and campaigns.
• Create AI-powered sourcing campaigns. Use Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other AI-native platforms to craft targeted campaigns and test different approaches.
• Find hard-to-reach AI talent by researching adjacent companies, communities, open-source contributors, researchers, engineers, and related pools.
• Own candidate research and outreach: build lists, prioritize prospects, write personalized messages, and manage follow-ups.
• Integrate sourcing workflows with Ashby to keep candidate data and pipeline status organized for the team.
• Track campaign performance and refine strategies based on what yields qualified candidates.
• Follow through on offers by clearly communicating the value proposition and aligning expectations with candidates.
