Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Senior Recruiter who can move fluidly across the full spectrum of AI hiring, from highly technical engineering and ML roles to non-technical roles like AI product managers, AI operations leads, and AI-adjacent business functions.

This is an internal role built for someone who stays current on where AI talent is moving, understands how the landscape is shifting in real time, and can context-switch between hiring a machine learning engineer one day and an AI

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with a strong track record of closing senior and specialized roles.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across both technical and non-technical roles within the AI space.
• Genuine fluency with AI industry trends, including emerging job functions, tools, and talent dynamics.
• Strong judgment when evaluating technical profiles including the ability to assess AI and ML backgrounds with accuracy.
• Excellent written communication for candidate summaries, outreach, and internal updates.
• Organized, consistent, and able to manage multiple open searches simultaneously without losing quality.
• High ownership mindset: you run your searches independently and close loops without being chased.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment where priorities shift quickly.
