Job summary

Spreetail is seeking an RPA & AI Automation Engineer to join our team and shape the future of fulfillment technology through AI-powered software and intelligent automation. You’ll build solutions for fulfillment centres, including dashboards, AI agents, multimodal processing, and automation that addresses real pain points.

You will apply full-stack development in Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript, collaborating with FC leaders and operators, and leveraging Cursor, Claude Code, AWS Bedrock,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Proficient in Python, SQL and JS/TS with API integration.
Experience with AI agents, LLMs and automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and ship features for FC App dashboards and planning.
Design AI-powered solutions for FC operations and automation.
Collaborate with FC leadership to prioritize automation backlog.
Ensure code quality, cost, latency, and maintainability.
Expand AI and automation across FC operations.
