Job summary

SYNC seeks an AI Specialist to audit operations, identify AI opportunities, and lead the implementation of intelligent tools to drive efficiency and scale. You will design AI-driven automations, calibrate tool use, and measure ROI while collaborating with senior teams across the organization.

You will work remotely in a globally distributed setup, leveraging OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and multi-system integrations to deliver practical, ROI-focused outcomes for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Deep experience integrating modern AI technologies (LLMs, APIs, automations).
• Experience with listed tech stack is a plus (Go High Level, Google Workspace, ASANA, Zapier, Jotforms, WordPress/Elementor).
• Remote work competency: ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Minimum 3 years hands-on AI-focused experience (AI Specialist, ML Engineer, AI Solutions Architect).
• Bachelor’s in CS/Software Eng/Data Science or related field; or equivalent 5 years of relevant tech experience.
• Advanced tool mastery across integrating disparate systems and building internal/external AI tools.
• Familiarity with OpenAI API and Anthropic API for custom tooling.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities by analyzing existing workflows and client services.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party AI tools, platforms, and LLMs aligned with business goals.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions, automations, and integrations.
• Standardize AI usage guidelines, prompt engineering practices, and data security protocols.
• Measure ROI and performance metrics of implemented AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Educate and train internal teams on adopting new AI tools.
