Qualifications

• 2+ years in AI, automation, analytics or related roles.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking to translate business problems into automation.
• Hands-on AI workflow design and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own AI automation initiatives across lifecycle including onboarding, adoption and renewals.
• Design and deploy AI-based workflows to automate customer intelligence and renewals processes.
• Collaborate with CX, Product, Renewals, Sales, Support and Ops to integrate AI workflows.
