Job summary

DevRev is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to collaborate with the Customer Experience team, building AI-powered integrations and real-time workflows on the core platform. You will enable data flows across SaaS and non-SaaS systems via APIs and webhooks, applying prompt engineering and advanced AI techniques.

You will lead customer-facing engagements, deploy scalable solutions, and iterate rapidly based on feedback, while traveling up to 30% for on-site work and workshops.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
• Experience with client-facing roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing work: direct engagement with customers (approx. 30%).
• Hands-on coding and integration: build and deploy AI agents, integrations, and automations.
• Design, develop, and launch AI agents and workflows that connect DevRev with customers' tech stacks.
