Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Senior Analyst to design and scale advanced analytics models and tooling that optimize transportation networks and reduce shipping costs. You will develop dashboards and cost benchmarking engines, drive automation, and deliver predictive insights to support EBITDA growth.

In this role you will collaborate across functions, work with US teams across time zones, and own tools such as carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, and dispute systems.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years of analytics experience, ideally in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or ecommerce operations.
• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, Starburst, or similar) and advanced Excel; able to write and optimize complex queries independently; Power BI proficiency, including dashboards and DAX measures from scratch.
• Self-directed problem solver who can take an ambiguous business question, scope it, pull the data, and deliver actionable insight with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable presenting findings to US based leaders and stakeholders, with experience working across time zones with US teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics models and tools to optimize transportation cost, speed, and network performance.
• Own and enhance key tools including carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, chargeback systems, and cost benchmarking engines.
• Deliver predictive and real-time reporting on KPIs such as transit time, on-time delivery, and freight spend.
• Provide fast, ad hoc decision support with clear focus on business drivers and actionable insights (24-hour SLA).
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support automation efforts while contributing to scalable, high-impact analytics solutions.
