Job summary

CodeRound AI is seeking a technically strong Product Manager to own the “what” and the “how” for a multichannel fulfillment platform. You’ll drive product discovery, prototypes, and architecture decisions for WMS/OMS/store management integrations, collaborating with tech leads and engineers to deliver scalable solutions.

You will create UI mockups and prototypes, guide API contracts, and contribute to AI-powered capabilities that streamline complex warehouse, order, and store operations.

Qualifications

• Technically strong Product Manager who owns the what and how of complex workflows.
• Experience shaping 0-1 builder projects for SaaS/enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable architecture and UX prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and development for a Multichannel fulfillment platform (WMS/OMS/store management).
• Translate workflows and SOPs into prototypes and UI mocks using Cursor or vibe-based prototyping.
• Collaborate with tech leads to balance configuration, performance, and maintainability.
• Push back on short-term requests that harm architectural integrity or scalability.
• Own PRDs, APIs, workflows, and screen flows for engineering clarity.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery with engineering.
• Deliver internal and client demos clarifying product workflows to stakeholders.
• Contribute to roadmap planning balancing new features with tech debt and stability.
• Help design and rollout AI-powered capabilities to simplify user journeys.
