Job summary

Reap is seeking an experienced professional to own the AI agent for the Reap Business Account line. You will work hands-on to design workflows, test changes, and ship improvements that raise Indpendently Resolved Rate (IRR) and scale across CX and Operations.

You will own a feedback loop of diagnose, fix, measure, and iterate in a fast-moving fintech environment. The role emphasizes building AI-powered tooling, knowledge management, and strategic impact while reducing reliance on engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer experience operations or related field.
• Hands-on experience configuring and improving an AI/automated support agent in production.
• Strong analytical ability with support data; able to transform data into actionable items.
• Genuine appetite for iterative work and continuous improvement.
• Low-code fluency with tools like JavaScript, JSON, REST, and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Dig into ticket-level and aggregate data to identify why the AI agent fails to resolve independently.
• Build and maintain reporting to show IRR movement by business line, channel, and intent.
• Run root cause analysis on failed resolutions and prioritise improvements.
