Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze data, identify problems, and manage projects to drive efficient solutions for our key accounts.

This is a remote position and requires a capable work-from-home setup. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, develop reports using SQL Server and Power BI, and ensure timely completion of priorities while delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or Supply Chain.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information.
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL Server and Power BI.
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environment with 3PL expertise.

Responsibilities

Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports every week.
Source new reports that inform and increase client stickiness to Spreetail's offering.
Anticipate issues in reconciliation of receipts, shipping, or performance and propose fixes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience.
Manage and organize projects to ensure timely completion.
