Qualifications

3+ years running paid acquisition where you personally touched the work.
Show results: campaigns built, creative produced, before-and-after numbers.
AI-native approach: replace steps with AI tooling and explain how.
Strong expertise in Google Ads: structure, keywords, bidding, scaling.
Ability to create video cuts, static assets, hooks for testing.
Comfort with subscription/self-serve funnels and US-market acquisition.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end asset pipeline: brief → produce → launch → iterate.
Scale Google Ads/Bing; build Meta and YouTube into acquisition channels.
Own full-funnel campaigns: awareness to conversion, with retargeting.
Set up campaigns, QA, naming, automation to remove bottlenecks.
Analyze CAC, ROAS, and attribution; adjust strategy based on data.
