Power Digital is an AI-native growth firm helping brands grow through strategy, technology, and measurable outcomes. You will own a portfolio of 8–12 core accounts, many founder-led, requiring disciplined prioritization and a structured, board-ready update style.

The role emphasizes building measurement baselines, leveraging Iris and Nova, and coaching analysts. We offer fully flexible work (remote/hybrid), USD salary with commissions, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing with early-stage or scaling brands.
• Experience with founder-led businesses and fast-moving decisions.
• Ability to build from scratch with no brand guidelines.
• Experience with crowdfunding-to-DTC transitions.
• Strong prioritization instincts and scrappy media mix.
• Track record of retaining and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Core accounts; manage senior client relationships, including founder interactions.
• Lead AI-driven optimization and growth initiatives across accounts.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative work around a focused strategy.
• Build measurement infrastructure and establish baselines for optimization.
• Develop 1–2 direct reports; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Drive renewals and account expansion while managing expectations.
