Ajaia | AI Consultancy is seeking a data-driven marketer to own and scale our paid ads and lead gen across Google Ads. You will craft, optimize, and measure campaigns that drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue, while leveraging AI in daily workflows.

The role demands execution, analytics, and collaboration with offshore clients, with a focus on turning insights into low-cost, scalable results. Remote work is supported for international campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience; certification is a baseline.
• Agency background managing multiple client accounts preferred.
• Can build ads: ad groups, settings, sitelinks, copy.
• Fluent English.
• Offshore client-handling experience.
• Verifiable references: live campaigns we can independently screen.
• Willing to use AI in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across products.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research; uncover buyer language.
• Align campaigns with landing pages and the full sales funnel.
• Drive measurable, low-cost leads that convert.
• Follow a repeatable, productized process for new products.
