Managed.com is a remote-first, AI-driven tech company seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own strategy and hands-on execution across our portfolio of brands. You will manage budgets, campaigns, testing, attribution, and reporting to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth while partnering with content, SEO, web development, and external agencies.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing paid media platforms and budgets of six figures+ per year.
• Expert knowledge of paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing with KPI translation.
• Advanced analytics and attribution skills to improve conversion paths and performance.
• Ability to design and interpret A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems; AI-driven workflow interest.
• Availability to work with US Eastern Time or similar overlap for collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads, and other channels.
• Plan and optimize annual six-figure advertising budgets across paid channels.
• Set KPIs, monitor pacing, report results, and provide optimization recommendations to leadership.
• Manage keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign structures across audiences, regions, and devices.
• Develop audience targeting using first- and third-party data; run tests and refine ad copy and creative.
• Analyze customer journeys and attribution to identify performance improvements.
• Utilize AI workflows and internal systems to review performance and support optimization decisions.
• Collaborate with web development to improve GA4/Tag Manager tracking; align paid and organic strategies.
• Coordinate with content/SEO partners; manage external agencies and vendors.
• Support additional tasks and projects as needed.
