You will align efforts with client goals, partner with account leadership, and manage reporting, optimizations, and keyword research.

You will lead paid social/paid media across channels, collaborate with Specialists, and deliver ongoing insights to maximize ROI while leveraging Nova ecosystem and AI

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
• 1-2 years in an agency setting.
• 2+ years of Direct Response marketing in E‑Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B.
• Experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
• Experience with Search Engine Marketing and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing via paid social and paid media across platforms.
• Lead reporting, optimizations, and client communications.
• Develop keyword research, ad copy, and bid optimizations.
• Collaborate with Specialists to execute campaigns end-to-end.
• Provide insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients.
