Job summary

The Back Room Limited is seeking a demand generation leader to run AI-enabled campaigns that scale with a small team and a big pipeline. You will own strategy, agent workflows, and the execution of campaigns across web, search, social and email.

You will work with Marketing Ops to leverage existing tech and turn it into measurable pipeline. This execution role emphasizes automating where appropriate, maintaining human sign-off, and building repeatable playbooks for growth in a Philippine-based

Qualifications

2+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally B2B SaaS, with pipelines you can show.
Hands-on experience configuring, prompting and managing AI agents or AI workflows.
Strong editorial instincts to distinguish high-value output from noise quickly.
Data literacy: read campaign/funnel data and turn findings into briefs and campaigns.
Builder mindset: comfortable writing the playbook with a small team on solid foundations.
Judgment on risk: ensure AI output is checked for accuracy and privacy.

Responsibilities

Manage the marketing agent team and design, configure, and run agent workflows.
Plan and run campaigns to generate net new logo pipeline across web, search, social and email.
Produce content for demand: website pages, SEO articles, case studies, emails and social posts.
Own the growth repository: brand voice, messaging, ICPs, customer insights and approved claims.
Work with Marketing Ops to brief campaign and data needs, build campaigns and agent workflows on top of the stack.
Run rapid experiments: test positioning and copy, document cadence and decisions.
