Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to help reach short-term rental operators and property management firms. You will own growth channels end to end, set strategy, and build our growth engine from the ground up.

You may own a single channel or work across several, including paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, and lifecycle. This hands-on role requires experimentation, rapid iteration, and close collaboration with the founder to position our product for operators.

Qualifications

• Experience building growth engines for B2B SaaS or startups.
• Ability to design and run multi-channel campaigns from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own growth channel end to end and set the strategy.
• Launch campaigns across paid, SEO, outbound, content, and partnerships.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings.
• Understand customer needs and what makes them switch software.
• Run fast experiments and scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages to improve conversion to demo bookings.
