Job summary

Interrupt Media is seeking an Operations & Finance Manager to build structured, AI-assisted systems across Marketing, Operations, and Client Services. You will own workflows, SOPs, and multi-department execution with lighter finance visibility work layered on top.

Expect clear revenue/margin visibility and rigorous process enforcement to drive growth. The role emphasizes operational design, automation, and cross-team coordination, with a Monday–Friday schedule and alignment to time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in Operations or RevOps within an agency, digital marketing, or online/tech business.
• Experience managing workflows, SOPs, or projects across multiple departments.
• Working understanding of revenue, margin, and utilization tracking.
• Experience in agency or service-based business models is a plus.
• Highly organized and process-driven.
• AI-forward mindset; comfortable using AI-assisted tools.
• Proficiency with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and optimize internal workflows and SOPs across departments.
• Monitor team utilization and capacity planning.
• Support recruitment operations including onboarding.
• Implement and maintain operational tools and automation systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Provide structured reporting to leadership on performance and risks.
• Oversee executive calendars, meetings, and communications.
• Assist in travel planning, documentation, and vendor coordination.
