Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced QA specialists to help train our AI language model by reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week with start ASAP and compensation of $70 per hour. You’ll ensure board-ready decks, accurate spreadsheets, and compliant documents across client-facing projects on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint deliverables.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and proof documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and formatting before delivery.
• Identify and correct formula errors, broken links, and inconsistencies across documents.
• Maintain cross-document consistency and brand/template compliance.
