Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced works managers to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across workflows such as production capacity models, bill of materials, root cause analysis, maintenance schedules, quality checks, and supplier qualification packages.

This fully remote role offers a flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week, with ASAP start and the opportunity to shape

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations with production capacity planning ownership.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides across core workflows.
• Develop and refine production capacity models, BOM packages, and quality control checklists.
• Collaborate to ensure accurate, well-documented outputs for regulated manufacturing environments.
