Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced editorial directors to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine editorial outputs under deadline pressure, shaping messaging for executives and media, with a sharp eye for AP style.

This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP, with compensation at $70 per hour. Remote work from any location, including the Philippines, is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in journalism, corporate communications, or public relations producing press releases, briefing memos, or editorial content under deadline pressure
• Track record of shaping messaging for executives or media outlets, with sharp news judgment and command of AP style or equivalent editorial standards
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
