Ethos is seeking an experienced communications director to help train AI language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated content across press releases, briefing memos, executive talking points, and editorial guidelines.

This fully remote role requires 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start, paying $70 per hour. Ideal for seasoned journalists, corporate communicators, or public relations professionals with strong news

Qualifications

• 5+ years in journalism, corporate communications, or public relations producing press releases, briefing memos, or editorial content under deadline pressure
• Track record of shaping messaging for executives or media outlets, with sharp news judgment and command of AP style or equivalent editorial standards
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
