Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced head of document production to review and refine AI‑generated business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and brand adherence before client delivery, working across Word/Excel/PowerPoint or Google equivalents.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start, focusing on high‑quality editorial craftsmanship and cross‑document integrity for executive communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/editorial/production reviewing business documents before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and proof business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and consistency before external delivery.
• Ensure brand and template compliance across all materials.
• Track cross‑document consistency and refine AI‑generated outputs for client delivery.
