Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior consultants to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create and refine client-ready materials across core workflows and execute sensitivity-tested financial models in Excel and PowerPoint.

The role offers flexible, remote engagement with 5–20 hours per week (or more). Start ASAP, with compensation at $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy with client-ready deliverables.
• Proven ability to craft executive decks and steering committee materials.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
