Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced QA specialists to review business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery. You will help refine AI-generated documents across core workflows and ensure brand compliance.

This is a fully remote, flexible role with 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA/editorial roles, a sharp eye for errors, and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
