Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of production quality to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will review, proof, and refine outputs for board-ready slides, financial models, executive memos, and client proposals, ensuring consistency across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs/Sheets/Slides).

This is a fully remote, flexible engagement offering 5–20 hours weekly. Start date is ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and proof business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks prior to executive or client delivery.
• Ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and cross-document alignment across core workflows.
• Identify and flag formula errors, links, figures, and formatting drift for remediation.
