AGFY Tech Solutions is hiring Admin Assistants in the Philippines to support an Australian accounting firm and their clients. You will work Australian hours (8:30–17:00 AU time) from home, with PH time shifts during daylight saving and holidays aligned to Australia.

You will draft letters, send documents for signature, set up jobs in the practice system, and assist office managers with general admin tasks as needed.

Competenze

• At least 3 years working as a VA or admin assistant.
• Hands-on experience with Ignition (Practice Ignition), Xero, FYI and FuseSign.
• Experience supporting an Australian accounting firm is a big plus.
• Organized and careful with details, since you'll be handling client documents and signatures.
• Comfortable working on your own once you've been shown how things are done.
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.

• Draft engagement letters in Ignition.
• Send business services work out for signature (FuseSign).
• Set up jobs in the practice system.
