Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking an Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day financial and payroll transactions from a WFH setup, reporting to the Financial Controller. You will handle AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and master data with strong data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience in transactional finance, and hands-on payroll processing, plus familiarity with MYOB AccountRight or Xero. We offer HMO, dental and life insurance for you and one dependent, paid leaves, and team

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Accounts Officer, Payroll Officer, or similar role.
• Hands-on payroll end-to-end processing.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of payroll legislation and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process and post supplier invoices; manage accounts payable end-to-end.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices; support accounts receivable.
• Process payroll in accordance with awards and statutory requirements.
• Administer timesheet system; follow up on outstanding timesheets.
• Reconcile bank statements and post corporate card transactions.
• Maintain master data for suppliers, customers and employees.
