Job summary

Platintel is seeking an Accounts & Finance Officer to provide day-to-day financial support across our client brands, with focus on accounts payable, payroll support, and general finance administration. This role offers remote work from the Philippines for Australia operations and aligns with a morning shift schedule.

You will report to the Finance Manager, maintain accurate records in Xero, manage supplier inquiries, and assist with month-end tasks while upholding data integrity across

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping or finance administration.
• Proficiency with Xero and Hubdoc is essential.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with PMS/operations platforms like Resly or Breezeway is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Handle payroll processing support for the CLG group across all brands.
• Maintain financial records in Xero and perform month-end tasks.
• Respond to supplier and internal finance queries promptly.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure compliant financial reporting.
