Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Australian Payroll/Finance Admin experience.
• Working knowledge of Australian payroll laws and superannuation.
• Experience using Xero for invoicing, reconciliations, or payroll processing.
• Strong Excel and Office skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to payroll enquiries including pay concerns and PLSL requests.
• Process invoices in Xero and reconcile data across systems.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support NDIA compliance tasks.
• Assist payroll, finance, and admin operations including audits.
• Support with PRODA and NDIA-related documentation as required.
