Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting a US-based business
• Experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting (junior to intermediate)
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and prioritization
• Clear, professional communication with international stakeholders
• Independent work in remote setup while collaborating with team

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions (invoices, bills, expense reports)
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain audit-ready financial records
• Assist in month-end closing related to AP
• Communicate with US-based vendors and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes
