Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking Philippines-based candidates for a Finance Officer (Accounts Payable). This fully remote role operates under an Employer of Record (EOR) for an Australian client, handling supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments.

The position offers approximately PHP 60,000 per month, depending on experience, with AU business hours. A detail-oriented finance professional with AP experience is ideal for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, finance administration or bookkeeping.
• Understanding of invoice processing, supplier reconciliations and payment procedures.
• High accuracy in handling financial records and transactions.
• Strong organization and ability to meet payment deadlines.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software; ability to maintain digital records.
• Clear written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
• Proactive in resolving discrepancies and following established processes.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices with accuracy and approvals before payment.
• Maintain AP records with correct GL and departmental coding.
• Monitor payment due dates and prepare payment runs for approval.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on invoice queries and documentation.
• Process staff reimbursements and corporate card transactions per policy.
• Keep financial records organized for audits and reporting.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Support AP-related reports and ensure compliance with controls.
