Job summary

Your Employee Offshore ( Yempo ) Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. Work from home or in the Makati/Manila area with a highly supportive, open-plan office culture.

You will manage AP processes for our England-based client, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support month-end closing, audits, and compliance. AAT/ACA/CIMA qualifications plus 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Strong Excel and Office skills required.
• Good communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and accounting data.
• Manage Accounts mailbox and stakeholder queries.
• Process AP, invoices, reimbursements, and supplier payments.
• Reconcile SimPRO POs/work orders and maintain project costing.
• Support month/year-end closing, audits, and tax requirements.
• Maintain financial records and provide financial/administrative support.
• Prepare variance reports and commercial insights for management.
• Comply with ISMS information security policies and guidelines.
• Manage CIS returns and ensure governance compliance.
• Continuously review and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to support growth.
