Job summary

The-Montage-Accessories-Co.-Ltd. is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to own the day-to-day AP process from top to bottom. You’ll ensure accurate coding, timely approvals, and maintain strong vendor relations.

You’ll manage weekly payment runs, reconcile statements, and support month-end close, 1099 prep, and tax compliance. This role emphasizes accuracy, structure, and clear communication with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AP experience in product-based or wholesale companies.
• Strong GAAP and financial close process understanding.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately with proper coding and approvals.
• Manage weekly payment runs via check, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and payment terms.
• Assist with month-end AP close, accruals, and reporting.
• Support 1099 prep and tax compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for PO matching and receiving.
• Support year-end audits with organized documentation.
• Stay updated on GAAP, tax regs affecting AP.
