Job summary

Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Manager in a 100% remote role to oversee the full AP cycle, from invoice receipt to payments, and to manage month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations.

The role emphasizes strong process improvement and control. You will lead three direct reports, mentor staff, drive automation and ERP optimization, manage vendor relationships, and provide reporting on cash flow and spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years in accounts payable or accounting with 3-5 years in management.
• Proven track record transforming and improving AP in a busy finance department.
• Experience managing employee expense processing.
• Managed a minimum of 2 team members.
• Experience across multiple legal entities and currencies.
• Experience in high-volume invoice processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire AP cycle from invoice receipt to payments.
• Lead AP month-end closing, ensure accruals and reconciliations.
• Ensure invoices processed accurately and timely.
• Monitor outstanding payables and manage cash flow.
• Oversee employee expenses approval and reconciling cash and corporate card submissions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage three direct reports; set objectives and KPIs; train staff.
• Vendor relationship management; resolve discrepancies.
• Lead AP transformation to automate and standardize; reduce manual processing.
• Prepare reports on AP activity, cash flow, expenditure trends; analyze data; monitor DPO.
• Budgeting and forecasting with stakeholders; assist cash flow forecasting.
• Compliance with internal controls, policies, regulatory requirements; maintain SOPs.
