FGC+ is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager for a project-based assignment in the Philippines. The role oversees day-to-day AP operations, handling invoices, vendor payments, ACH, and card transactions within Acumatica, while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in AP, strong attention to detail, and proven vendor communication skills. This position emphasizes audit trails, budget adherence, and collaboration with vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience; senior/managerial preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP processes: invoices, ACH, credit card, reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems; Acumatica preferred; Melio familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented with multi-invoice handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and vendor payments, including ACH and credit card processing.
• Monitor allocations and budgets; ensure accurate documentation and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor invoices, payments, and balances; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records in Acumatica and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Support vendor communications and resolve account or invoice issues.
• Handle additional AP tasks like tax charges, open tickets, and remittances.
