Job summary

Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is hiring an Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to oversee the full AP cycle, month-end close, and cash flow monitoring. You will lead a small team, drive process automation, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.

The role requires 5–7 years in AP or accounting with 3–5 years in management, and experience handling expenses across multiple entities and currencies. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years in accounts payable or accounting, with 3-5 years in management.
• Proven track record transforming and improving AP in a busy finance dept.
• Experience managing employee expense processing.
• Experience handling AP across multiple entities and currencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire AP cycle from invoice receipt to payment.
• Own AP month-end closing, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and cash flow monitoring.
• Lead and develop the AP team, set KPIs, train new staff.
• Build vendor relationships and resolve invoice/payment issues.
• Drive AP automation, standardisation, and ERP optimization.
• Prepare AP activity, cash flow, and expenditure reports for management.
