Job summary

VPM Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Philippines. You will manage vendor invoices, customer billing, and credit card transactions across multiple legal entities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

You will work with QuickBooks Online as a core tool, maintain vendor/customer records, and resolve discrepancies. The role emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, diligent follow-up, and clear communication within internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounts payable/receivable or accounting experience.
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience is essential.
• Experience across multiple companies, entities, or accounts.
• Zoho Books experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices across multiple companies and entities.
• Review invoices for approvals, documentation, coding, and entity allocation.
• Enter and maintain vendor bills in QuickBooks Online and prepare payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies, duplicate invoices, credits, and outstanding items.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on items needing attention.
• Manage and reconcile a high volume of corporate credit card transactions.
• Record and apply customer payments, credits, and adjustments in Zoho Books and/or QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time across multiple entities.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoicing, collections, and account questions.
