MicroSourcing is seeking a Payroll & Finance Administrator to support AU payroll operations from Manila, with a WFH, day shift. You will handle payroll inquiries, process invoices in Xero, and assist NDIA-related audits and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Australian payroll, payroll administration, finance administration, or a similar role.
• Experience using Xero for invoicing, reconciliations, or payroll processing.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office; strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to payroll-related enquiries including pay concerns and PLSL requests.
• Process invoices using Xero and the CMS, ensuring accurate records.
• Reconcile invoice data between internal systems and Xero.
• Manage service bookings through PRODA and NDIA compliance documents.
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes with proper documentation.
• Support payroll, finance, and general office administration.
• Assist audits by preparing documentation for NDIA compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain finance records and administrative documentation.
• Provide admin and finance support to the Director and stakeholders.
