MCI is requesting an experienced Accounting Manager for a fully remote role supporting our global team. You will oversee key accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting with supervisory experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a CPA is preferred but not required. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and leadership in a remote setting.

Formación

• College education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with supervisory/leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, entries, reconciliations and records.
• Supervise and develop accounting team members to meet deadlines.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and prepare financial reports.
