Job summary

One Workforce Global Corporation is seeking an Accounting Generalist to support growing finance and accounting operations in a fully remote role. You will manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of accounting experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and solid analytical and organizational abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process AP and AR transactions.
• Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and required reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers on payments and reporting.
