BruntWork is seeking a CPA-certified Accounting Manager (Xero, QuickBooks & Acumatica) for a remote leadership role. You will head accounting operations, drive financial strategy, mentor teams, and enhance financial systems in a regulated environment.

Requirements include CPA, Xero/QuickBooks/Acumatica experience, 5+ years in accounting with 3+ in senior management, and strong GAAP knowledge with financial reporting expertise. Excellent communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualificações

• CPA certification with a proven track record in accounting leadership.
• Xero, QuickBooks and Acumatica experience is required.
• Purchasing experience and Acumatica software experience are required.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards, preferably within regulated industries.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring accounting teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency with advanced accounting software and financial management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Perform in-depth financial analysis and provide strategic insights to support key business decisions.
